UPSC Civil Services Result 2026 Declared: Check Topper List
The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has officially declared the final results of the Civil Services Examination (CSE) 2025, the results of which were announced on 6 March 2026. The examination is considered one of the most prestigious and competitive exams in India, opening doors to elite services such as the IAS, IPS, IFS, and other Group A and Group B central services.
According to the commission, 958 candidates have been recommended for appointment to various civil services after completing the rigorous three-stage selection process consisting of the Preliminary Examination, Main Examination, and Personality Test (Interview).
This year, Anuj Agnihotri secured All India Rank (AIR) 1, emerging as the topper of the UPSC Civil Services Examination.
Anuj Agnihotri, who has topped the list, is an MBBS from AIIMS Jodhpur. He is originally from Rahata village in Jodhpur, Rajasthan. Anuj Agnihotri traded his stethoscope for a bureaucratic role. After graduating from AIIMS Jodhpur in 2023, he was now serving in DANICS, a Group B civil service handling administrative tasks in Delhi and Union Territories.
