    Overview

    The Rajasthan NEET UG Counselling 2025 for state quota seats has reached its third round of seat allotment, marking another major step in the medical admission process. A total of 7,878 candidates have successfully secured seats in MBBS and BDS courses under Round 3 of the state counselling.

    This round saw participation from over 18,000 eligible candidates, including both Indian and NRI applicants. The counselling is conducted by the Office of the Chairman, NEET UG Medical and Dental Admission/Counselling Board, Rajasthan, based at SMS Medical College, Jaipur.


    Key Dates and Reporting Schedule

    • Seat Allotment Result: Released on October 31, 2025

    • Reporting Period: November 6 to November 11, 2025

    • Reporting Venue: SMS Medical College, Jaipur

    • Documents Required:

      • Allotment Letter (7 copies)

      • NEET UG Admit Card and Rank Letter

      • Class 10 and 12 Mark Sheets

      • Transfer Certificate

      • Category/Income Certificate (if applicable)

      • Proof of Fee Payment


    Seat Allotment Highlights

    • Out of 18,191 eligible candidates, 7,878 have been allotted seats in this round.

    • The allotment includes MBBS and BDS seats in government, private, and minority institutions across Rajasthan.

    • Approximately 2,255 seats were on offer in this phase.

    • The merit list comprised 17,984 Indian and 207 NRI candidates.


    Reporting Guidelines for Candidates

    • Candidates allotted a seat must report in person to the designated venue within the stipulated time.

    • They must submit original documents and pay the prescribed tuition fee for one academic year.

    • Students who were allotted seats in previous rounds and have opted for upgradation must carry:

      • Proof of earlier admission and fee payment

      • Relieving certificate from previously allotted college

      • Updated allotment letter for Round 3

    • If the new seat has a higher fee, the difference must be paid during reporting.

    • If the fee of the previously allotted college was higher, the excess amount will be refunded or adjusted through NEFT/RTGS.


    Special Notes

    • Candidates who retain the same college, course, and category as previous allotments are not required to report again.

    • Those who receive an upgraded seat or category change must report afresh for document verification.

    • Failure to report within the given dates will result in forfeiture of the allotted seat.


    What’s Next?

    • After completion of Round 3 reporting, the board will publish updated vacancy details (if any).

    • A Stray Vacancy Round may be conducted later to fill remaining unoccupied seats.

    • Academic sessions for newly admitted students are expected to commence shortly after the final round.


    Why It Matters

    This round finalizes most of Rajasthan’s state-quota medical and dental seats for the 2025–26 academic year. It also ensures that deserving candidates from both general and reserved categories secure admissions in government and private colleges.
