Delhi Public School Sail Township Ranchi has officially announced the opening of registration for admission to Class XI (Session 2026–27) under Phase II and Phase III. As per the notification dated 17 February 2026, the school has invited eligible students who could not participate in the Phase I aptitude test to apply within the stipulated timelines.

The school authorities informed that the Phase I registration, aptitude test, and admission process have been successfully completed, and this fresh window has been opened to ensure deserving students from different boards get another opportunity.

Who Can Apply: Eligibility Criteria

Phase II

• CBSE Board students who could not appear in the Phase I Aptitude Test held on 01 February 2026 due to valid personal reasons.

• New applicants from CBSE and JAC Boards who registered between 17 February 2026 (Tuesday) and 09 March 2026 (Monday).

Phase III

• ICSE and other Board students who could not appear in the Phase I Aptitude Test held on 01 February 2026 due to valid personal reasons.

• New applicants from ICSE or any other State Board who registered between 17 February 2026 (Tuesday) and 27 March 2026 (Friday).

Important Advisory from the School

Candidates who have already appeared in Phase I are strictly not eligible to apply for Phase II or Phase III.
If any such case is found, the candidate’s answer sheet will not be evaluated.

• Exam Timing: 10:00 AM – 12:00 Noon

• Reporting Time: 9:20 AM

• Entry & Exit: Candidates must use the By-pass Gate for entry and exit.

How to Apply for DPS Ranchi Class XI Admission 2026–27

1. Visit the School Website and click on
   “ONLINE REGISTRATION FOR ADMISSION IN CLASS XI (2026–27) – EXTERNAL (PHASE II & PHASE III)” under the Important Links section.

2. Enter a mobile number and create a password (to be saved for future use).

3. Select the appropriate Phase carefully.

4. Fill in all required details and upload photographs and documents as instructed.

5. Make the online payment and complete registration at the earliest.

6. Log in again to download the Application Form and print the Admit Card (last page).

Key Instructions for Applicants

• Only single registration is allowed; multiple entries will lead to cancellation.

• PEN (Permanent Education Number) from the previous school is mandatory.

• Incorrect or invalid PEN will result in cancellation of registration without refund.

• Students opting for non-schooling are advised not to apply, as DPS Ranchi does not promote non-schooling.
