    Class XI Admission Notice Released

    DAV Public School Hehal, Ranchi has officially released the Second Phase Admission Notice for Class XI (Session 2026–27). The admission process is open exclusively for external students, offering opportunities in Science, Commerce, and Humanities streams.

    According to the school notice, online registration started from 19 February 2026 and will remain open until 8 March 2026 through the school’s official website.

    Streams Offered

    Students applying for Class XI can choose from the following streams:

    Science

    • PCM: With CS / IP / Economics / Hindi (any one) + Physical Education / Painting

    • PCB: With Mathematics / Painting / Physical Education / Hindi (any two)

    Commerce

    • Compulsory subjects: Accountancy, Business Studies, Economics

    • Additional options: Applied Mathematics / Mathematics / IP / Hindi / EP

    • Physical Education / Painting as optional

    Humanities

    • Compulsory subjects: History, Political Science, Economics

    • Optional subjects: Mathematics / Hindi / Geography

    • Physical Education / Painting

    English will be a compulsory subject for all streams.

    Admission Criteria

    Students appearing in Class X Board Exams 2026 from any board are eligible to apply.

    Provisional admission will be granted based on performance in the Admission Test, while final admission will be confirmed after the Class X Board Results, provided the student meets the required criteria.

    Minimum Marks Requirement (Admission Test Category):

    • Science: 85% (English, Mathematics, Science)

    • Commerce: 75% aggregate

    • Humanities: 70% aggregate

    Direct Admission Criteria (External Candidates)

    Subject to seat availability after board results:

    • Science PCM: 90% in EMS (English, Maths, Science)

    • Science PCB: 85% in EMS

    • Commerce: 80% aggregate

    • Humanities: 70% aggregate

    Admission Test Dates

    • 10 March 2026 (Tuesday): For CBSE students

    • 1 April 2026 (Wednesday): For ICSE / JAC / Other boards

    Reporting Time: 12:30 PM
    Exam Timing: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM

    Students must bring a coloured printout of the Admit Card.

    Registration Fee

    The registration fee is ₹2,500 (non-refundable), payable online while submitting the registration form.

    Important Note

    School authorities have clarified that provisional admissions will automatically stand cancelled if the required board result criteria are not fulfilled.
