BITSAT 2026 Session 1 Registration Begins Today; BTech Entrance Exam Scheduled from April 15 to 17

The Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani has officially started the registration process for BITSAT 2026 Session 1 today. Candidates aspiring for admission to BTech programmes at BITS Pilani, Goa and Hyderabad campuses can now apply online within the prescribed timeline.
As per the announced schedule, the BITSAT 2026 Session 1 computer-based test (CBT) will be conducted from April 15 to April 17, 2026, across multiple exam centres in India and abroad.

📝 Eligibility Criteria (BTech)
Candidates applying for BITSAT 2026 BTech programmes must:
Have passed Class 12 (10+2) with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics
Secure minimum 75% aggregate marks in PCM
Obtain at least 60% marks in each subject (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics)
Only students who have appeared for Class 12 examination in 2025 or 2026 are eligible.

Total Questions: 130
Subjects:
Physics – 30
Chemistry – 30
Mathematics – 40
Logical Reasoning – 10
English Proficiency – 20
Duration: 3 hours
Marking Scheme:
+3 marks for each correct answer
−1 mark for each incorrect answer
An additional 12 bonus questions may be attempted if all 130 questions are completed within the allotted time.
