Damodaram Sanjivayya National Law University (DSNLU), one of the prestigious universities in the country for law education has already started their admission process. DSNLU offers four different types of courses in Law:
All the courses have their own application procedures and eligibility criteria. Integrated BA LL.B. (Hons.’) is a 5-year course with 132 seats. Admission to this course is done through CLAT (Common Law Admission Test).
LL.B. LL.M. is a dual degree program offered at DSNLU with 4-year duration. To apply for this innovative program, one needs to be a graduate in any discipline from any recognized university.
PG LL.M is a one year course with 12 seats. Admission is done through CLAT. To apply to this course, applicants should be an LL.B. graduate or, any other equivalent examination. PG Diploma in Alternative Dispute Resolution is a one year course, to which any graduate with a degree from a recognized university can apply.
For admissions into Damodaram Sanjivayya National Law University (DSNLU) B.A. LL.B. course, candidates (both local and NRI/Foreign students) have to meet certain prerequisites. If one meets all those requirements, then they can proceed to the actual application process by downloading the Notification Manual and all the other required information.

Candidates appearing for their qualifying examination in April/May could also apply, provided they submit the required proof during the time of admission. NRI/Foreign/NRI Sponsored Students should be less than 20 years of age, as of July 1st. If belonging to SC/ST/OBC, he/she should be less than 22 years. Should also pass HSC/Intermediate/Equivalent examination with minimum 45% aggregate marks. |
DSNLU B.A. LL.B. admissions are done through the online CLAT. Candidates can go to the official website of CLAT and submit their application form by following the instructions given there.
After the declaration of the CLAT results, a series of allotment lists will be published, following which the selected students have to pay the counselling fee of INR 50000/- on the specified date. Failure to do so shall be taken as a cause to forfeit their rights in CLAT and their names will be dropped from the CLAT merit list.
Admission into DSNLU integrated LL.B- LL.M. and LL.M. in Tax Laws requires to follow certain procedures and eligibility criteria.
Selection to this particular degree course is through a screening test, group discussion and interview, conducted by the university. There are total 60 seats for the dual degree, out of which, 10 are reserved for foreign students and the rest is allocated as per the rules of the Government of Andhra Pradesh.

Candidates aspiring for admission in this programme must first confirm their eligibility, purpose and schedule of this course.
After following the mandatory procedures of application, the applicants can wait for the university notification. Candidates will be selected for admission on the basis of the interview conducted by the university. The selected candidates have to pay the entire course fee of INR 29000/- at the time of admission.
