AIIMS Bathinda

All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Bathinda is an apex medical institute established in 2019 by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India. Approved by the National Medical Commission (NMC), AIIMS Bathinda is recognised as an Institute of National Importance in India. The institute offers MBBS and B.Sc Nursing at the undergraduate level, and MD, MS, and MDS at the postgraduate level in various specialisations. Admission to MBBS and PG courses at the institute is based on NEET UG and INI CET, respectively, while admission to the B.Sc Nursing program is based on the AIIMS B.Sc Nursing Entrance Exam. With around 30+ departments, AIIMS Bathinda Campus is spread across 177 Acres with all the facilities for students, including hostels, medical services, a laboratory, and a library.

AIIMS Bathinda’s most opted program is MBBS. Admission to MBBS is based on the score in NEET UG, followed by MCC counselling. The institute annually offers admission to 100 MBBS students.

AIIMS Bathinda was founded in 2019 in Punjab under the Pradhan Mantri Swasthya Suraksha Yojana. The institute holds an A+ grade accreditation from NAAC.
