The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee has officially released the JEE Advanced 2026 response sheet for candidates who appeared in the examination held on May 17, 2026. Students can now access and download their individual response sheets through the official JEE Advanced candidate portal.

The response sheet contains the answers marked by candidates during both Paper 1 and Paper 2 of the examination. With the help of the response sheet and the upcoming provisional answer key, students will be able to estimate their probable scores before the declaration of results.

According to the official schedule, the provisional answer key for JEE Advanced 2026 is expected to be released on May 25, while the objection or feedback window will remain open till May 26. After reviewing the challenges submitted by candidates, IIT Roorkee will publish the final answer key along with the JEE Advanced 2026 result in early June.

To download the response sheet, candidates need to log in to the official portal using their JEE Advanced registration number, date of birth, and registered mobile number. After login, the response sheet link becomes available on the candidate dashboard for download in PDF format.

The release of the response sheet is considered an important stage in the admission process as it allows candidates to cross-check their recorded responses and identify any discrepancies before the official answer key challenge window closes. Coaching institutes and academic experts are also expected to release unofficial answer keys and expected cut-off analyses based on the examination pattern and student feedback.
