According to NTA, discrepancies in personal information—especially Aadhaar authentication, disability identification (UDID), and category certificates—have caused delays and rejections in previous admission cycles. Key Details to Update Before NEET UG 2026 Registration

Aadhaar Details:
Candidates must ensure that their Aadhaar number, name, date of birth, and photograph match official records. Any mismatch may lead to authentication failure during registration.
UDID (for PwD Candidates):
Aspirants applying under the Persons with Disabilities (PwD) category must have a valid and updated Unique Disability ID (UDID). The UDID should reflect the correct disability type and percentage as per prescribed norms.
