IIT Delhi Opens MBA Admissions 2026: Apply Online with CAT 2025 Scores by January 26
New Delhi: The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi has officially started the registration process for admission to its MBA programme for the 2026–28 academic session. Candidates seeking admission must apply using their CAT 2025 scores. The last date to submit the online application form is January 26, 2026.
The MBA programme is offered by the Department of Management Studies (DMS), IIT Delhi, which is known for its rigorous curriculum, strong industry interface, and excellent placement outcomes.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the MBA programme at IIT Delhi, candidates must meet the following requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
Minimum 60% aggregate marks or 6.0 CGPA for candidates belonging to General, EWS, and OBC categories.
Minimum 55% aggregate marks or 5.5 CGPA for candidates from SC, ST, and PwD categories.
Final-year undergraduate students who are awaiting results are also eligible to apply, subject to fulfilling eligibility conditions at the time of admission.
Selection Process
The admission process involves multiple stages:
Shortlisting of candidates based on CAT 2025 scores.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to appear for the Personal Interview (PI) round.
Final selection will be based on a combination of CAT score, performance in the interview, academic record, and other relevant criteria as prescribed by the institute.
Application Fee
The application fee varies by category:
General / EWS / OBC: ₹1,600
SC / ST / PwD: ₹800
Candidates applying for multiple programmes may be required to pay additional fees.
