AILET 2026 counselling registration opens today for 120 BA LLB (Hons) seats

National Law University (NLU), Delhi has officially opened the AILET 2026 counselling registration process for admission to its flagship BA LLB (Hons.) programme. Eligible candidates who have qualified the All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) 2026 can register for counselling starting today through the university’s official admission portal.
The counselling process is being conducted online, and will determine admission to 120 BA LLB (Hons.) seats, excluding supernumerary seats. Admission will be strictly based on candidates’ AILET 2026 ranks and merit positions, as released by NLU Delhi.
Who Can Register
Only candidates whose names appear in the AILET 2026 merit list for the BA LLB (Hons.) programme are eligible to participate in the counselling process. Candidates must meet the minimum eligibility criteria, including having passed Class 12 or an equivalent examination from a recognised board.
Counselling Registration Process
To participate in AILET 2026 counselling, candidates need to:
Log in to the official NLU Delhi admission portal using their registration credentials
Complete the online counselling registration form
Upload required documents such as mark sheets, identity proof, and category certificates (if applicable)
Pay the prescribed counselling fee
Lock their willingness for seat allotment
