Telangana NEET UG 2025: 6,406 Shortlisted for Phase-1 Web-Option Entry under Management Quota
Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS), Telangana, has released the final merit list for candidates under the Management Quota, and 6,406 candidates have been shortlisted for Phase-1 web-option entry in the NEET UG 2025 counselling process.
Key Details
Who’s Eligible: These are the candidates who applied under the Management Quota (also called “Management Quota / MQ” seats) for the academic year 2025-26.
Web-Option Entry Period: The web-option entry (preference filling for colleges & courses) for Phase-1 is open from September 22, 2025 (3:00 PM) to September 24, 2025 (2:00 PM).
Reservation & Seat Distribution
Under Management Quota B category, 85% of seats are reserved for local candidates of Telangana, while 15% are open to candidates from across India.
The allotment will first consider unreserved seats followed by seats reserved for local candidates under the Management Quota B category.
Fees & Other Conditions
Shortlisted candidates must pay the required university fee to confirm participation and download the allotment orders.
Important Note: If a candidate does not exercise web options in Phase-1 or fails to join the allotted college under these options, they will not be eligible to participate in subsequent phases under the Management Quota. This rule is in place to prevent “seat blocking.”
Additional Information
Admissions under this quota cover both MBBS and BDS courses in government, private, minority, and non-minority medical colleges affiliated with KNRUHS.
Some specific colleges’ admissions, such as Chalmeda Anand Rao Institute of Medical Sciences, Karimnagar, remain subject to the final decision of the Telangana High Court.
