Sarala Birla Public School Opens Registration for Provisional Admissions in Std. XI (Science, Commerce & Humanities)
Sarala Birla Public School (SBPS), a leading institution under the Sarala Birla Group of Schools, has officially announced the commencement of its online admission process for the academic session 2026-27. Admissions are open for Nursery, KG-I, KG-II, and Std. I, along with provisional admissions for Std. XI in Science, Commerce, and Humanities streams.
Admission Schedule
The registration process for the upcoming session will be conducted from 15th September 2025 to 31st October 2025 through the school’s official website www.sbpsranchi.com.

The key dates for admission are as follows:
- Interactive/Observation Session/Entrance Test: 8th November 2025 (Reporting Time: 08:30 am)
- Result Declaration: 12th November 2025 (via school website)
- Verification of Documents & Online Admission: 13th to 15th November 2025
Age Criteria for Admission (as on 31st March 2026)
- Nursery: 3 – 4 years (DOB: 01.04.2022 – 31.03.2023)
- KG I: 4 – 5 years (DOB: 01.04.2021 – 31.03.2022)
- KG II: 5 – 6 years (DOB: 01.04.2020 – 31.03.2021)
- Std. I: 6 – 7 years (DOB: 01.04.2019 – 31.03.2020)
Admission Procedure
The admission process will be conducted online. Parents are required to complete the registration by filling out the online form and paying a non-refundable fee of ₹3000/-. Admissions will be based on vacancy and eligibility criteria.
Following registration, applicants must attend an Observation/Interaction/Entrance Test along with document verification scheduled on 8th November 2025. The final admission list will be available on the school’s official website. Bus facilities will also be provided, subject to availability.
Documents Required
Parents must ensure the submission of the following documents during verification:
- Printed copy of the filled registration form and admit card.
- Birth certificate (original and photocopy) issued by the Municipal Corporation.
- Aadhaar card of the child and parents (original and photocopy).
- Parent and sibling ID proof (if sibling already studies in SBPS).
- Medical certificate mentioning blood group.
- Two passport-size photographs each of the child, mother, and father.
- Caste / EWS / Disability certificates, if applicable.
- Photocopy of parents’ highest qualification.
- Registration fee receipt (generated online).
Special Note for BPL/EWS Applicants
As per government regulations, BPL/EWS candidates are eligible to apply for Nursery admission only through https://rteranchi.in.
