JEE MAIN NOTIFICATION 2026- NTA Issues Advisory for JEE Main 2026 Applicants – Update Documents Before Registration
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released a public notice on September 29, 2025, advising all JEE Main 2026 aspirants to update their documents before the registration process begins. As per the notification, the JEE Main 2026 registration will commence in October 2025, and the examination will be held in two sessions – January and April 2026.

Documents Required for JEE Main 2026 Registration
NTA has clearly mentioned that candidates must ensure their documents are correct, valid, and updated to avoid rejection during registration or later stages of the admission process.
Aadhaar Card
Must contain correct name, date of birth (as per Class 10th certificate), latest photograph, address, and father’s name.
Any mismatch in details may lead to rejection of the application.
UDID Card (for Persons with Disabilities)
Candidates with disabilities must ensure their Unique Disability ID (UDID) Card is valid and updated.
If expired, it must be renewed before registration.
Category Certificate
Applicants belonging to EWS/SC/ST/OBC-NCL categories must have an updated and valid certificate.
Candidates should renew their certificates if required to avoid last-minute issues.

Registration Process and Important Notes
The JEE Main registration link will remain open for a limited period only.
Candidates can apply for one or both sessions of JEE Main 2026 during registration.
The information bulletin and syllabus for JEE Main 2026 will be released soon on the official website.
All official communication regarding the exam will only take place via the JEE Main 2026 portal: jeemain.nta.nic.in.
